Had no lines to 1 line on the phone in the house, Installed this unit and now have 6 lines in the same room and 3 to 4 lines on other floors. Work well. Plug it into a surge protector, as the 1st lightening storm blue out the transformer. I'd use a unit with the omidirectional antenna for home use.
