we will provide you with a return authorization number.
Orders
received prior to 2pm eastern will usually ship the same day.
No
returns will be accepted after 20 days from the date of receipt
No
returns on special order items NO Exceptions
No Returns if box or
contents missing or damaged
Returns subject to a 15% resocking fee
for all non-defective returns
ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN RESALABLE CONDITION
OVER BOX AND DO NOT WRITE ON PRODUCT BOX
Shipping charges are not
refundable
ALL "FREE SHIPPING" RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED $8.95 TO COVER OUR COST OF INITIALLY SHIPPING THE ITEMS TO YOU
Software and Electronic charts are not
returnable

Warranty
isues normally handled directly with the respective manufacturer
Warranty Service
All of the
products Northeast Marine Electronics sells are new and fully warranted
by the manufacturer. If you receive a product which is defective the
manufacturer's warranty information and address will be included in the
package you receive. Many of the manufacturers have warranty
& repair information on their web sites. If your product is damaged
in shipping the issue can resolved by notifying the delivery carrier
immediately.
Defective Items
Within 30 days of
receipt of your order email sales@northeastmarineelectronics.com your name, order number, and reason for return. If
applicable we will then provide you with a RMA (return merchandise
authorization number) and return instructions via email. PLEASE NOTE:
some manufactures will NOT provide replacements for defective items.
They ask that the item be returned to them for repair. Shipping charges
are non-refundable. Special order items are non-returnable. PLEASE
INSPECT YOUR ORDER THE DAY YOU RECEIVE IT AND REPORT ANY DISCREPENCIES
